Justice League Fancast

not bad. we got several of the same picks. the only ones I truly dislike are Alba/Canary, Worthington/Zoom, and Stone/Giganta.

Michael Fassbender (Man!), Hugh Jackman, Chris Hemsworth, Jessica Alba (not that sure if she's a real good actress), Emma Stone (double-cast and probably too young, too), James Franco, Rebecca Romjin, Cobie Smulders, and in case I missed the other double-casts...no for them. Not sure if Willis can be Mr. Freeze ever (he's too big a name I think for the role), and so is Will Smith (not feeling him for the role, either). Bradley Cooper is never my top pick for any Flash.

BUT you nailed some, too. Interesting Zatanna, Two-Face (never seen him before, though); you've got the same picks on Black Manta with me, perfect choice IMO...the rest will work fine.

Pretty good. I like Will smith as John Stewart if they continue with the same type of Green Lantern movie for the sequel. I really think him and reynolds would be pretty good together.

@MaddMonk: yeah, I had a slight delay. I had some of it written, then my computer crashed. plan to work on it this afternoon. it should be easier though because it's not nearly as long as the JL one. but here's a teaser: Alan Rickman will play an antagonist and Kurt Russell will also appear (as to who he's playing, well...you'll just have to wait. though he does have a connection to the role, so if you really want to know, read into Russell's background and try to find his Bonanza connection).

one thing i never understood about bizarro is .. shouldnt he black? the opposite of supes ...

Fantastic villains!

Nice casting.

- Yeah, gotta go with Henry Cavill. Provided he's open for DC to go the Marvel route and intertwine all DC universes into one.
- Well, I'm not sure about Michael Fassbender as Batman (DDD agrees as well, apparently!). I think it could work for some twisted reason if he can nail the American accent (did he have one in Inglorious Bastards?), but right now, he's knee-deep in the X-Men prequels. Still, he can wear a mean tux.
- Same with Fassbender, Cobie is already playing a character in the Marvel movieverse. Have you ever thought of Jodi Lynn O'Keefe?
- I assume Bradley Cooper is play Barry Allen, not Wally West. Either version is suitable.
- I'm willing to give Ryan another shot at Green Lantern. The last film wasn't too bad. Underwhelming, but not the disasterpiece it's being made to be.
- Hemsworth is playing Thor now. Try again.
- Your Martian Manhunter I'm not too 100% sold on, but Denzel looks like John Jones.
- Hugh would be excellent as Hawkman.
- Mila Kunis is too petite for Hawkgirl. However, I'd like to see Milla Jovovich, unless Shayera is suppoed be early 30's.
- Jessica Alba needs to get back in her pre-pregnancy feistiness, because right now, it's gotten to the point where she's been nicknamed "MiserAlba". And she wasn't too convincing as a blonde in Fantastic Four. Jaime King, Leelee Sobieski, and Yvonne Strahovski at least have the Nordic blonde hair and the fighting skills.
- Zooey Deschanel doesn't strike me as Zatanna. Hell, she deserves a better role than that like Harley Quinn.
- I think they have a John Stewart cast: Nick Jones.
- Don't know if James Earl Jones' majestic voice would come out of a villain like Darkseid. Dennis Haysbert or Michael Ironside on my end, at least the latter had experience of playing him on the small screen.
- The Brit actors would do good playing Brainiac and Lex Luthor respectively.
- James Franco is too overused as Joker.
- I don't think I'd mind Rebecca Romijn as Cheetah. So far, beside a cameo in First Class, she's pretty much done with the X-Men movies.
- Mark Strong was good as Sinestro, wouldn't mind him going for round 2.
- Can't determine if Michael Weatherly is the perfect Two Face. I'd go with Liev Schreiber, at least that guy was considered for the role in The Dark Knight at one point before Aaron Eckhart got the role.
- Bruce Willis doesn't seem right as Mr. Freeze. An action movie hero already tried that character, and Batman and Robin was the result.
- Not a big fan of Kiera Knightly in general. Holy [frick], how annoying was she in the third Pirates of the Carribean movie. I still think about it.
- Emma Stone's Gwen Stacy already. Plus, Giganta needs someone with a better body.
- C'mon, Duncan already played a gorilla. I think seeing Powers Boothe go for another round voicing him would be pretty bad-ass.
- Well, I dunno if Dwayne Johnson's hooked in for the Captain Marvel movie. If so, good choice nevertheless.
- Sorry, Henry Cavill has to play Bizarro. The character is a clone of Superman. And David Schwimmer? I don't mind the guy, so he gets a pass.

Overall, the casting is very iffy, and previous comments made about it summed it up. If you want, however, come visit my X-Men fancast I made.
