THE ULTIMATES Artist Bryan Hitch Working On THE FANTASTIC FOUR For Fox?
He provided artwork in Marvel's Fantastic Four comic book series along with writer Mark Millar, but 20th Century Fox have reportedly brought in Bryan Hitch (America's Got Powers, Age of Ultron) to work as a designer on the Josh Trank helmed reboot. Read on for details!
If you picked up a copy of Bryan Hitch's new Image Comics series Real Heroes this week, you may have noticed that Chronicle director Josh Trank made a cameo appearance. Well, according to Bleeding Cool, there was a very good reason for that: "And that mention of Josh Trank, is because Bryan Hitch, artist for The Ultimates, The Authority, America’s Got Powers – and at one point, Fantastic Four, is currently working as designer on the new Fox movie." However, after their "scoop" about Fox scrapping the director, script and cast of The Fantastic Four was widely debunked and ridiculed, can this information be trusted? They do attempt some back-peddling in this report by claiming that those who were approached to replace Trank said no, but future reports from the site may need to be taken with a whole fistful of salt rather than just a pinch of it.
