The first official images from Kingsman: The Golden Circle have been released today courtesy of Entertainment Weekly and you have to believe the first trailer for the sequel is now right around the corner! Matthew Vaughn is back at the helm for the follow-up and pictured below are the returning Taron Egerton and Mark Strong alongside newcomers Channing Tatum, Halle Berry, and Jeff Bridges.
Not shown are Pedro Pascal (another member of Statesman, America's Kingsman equivalent) and Julianne Moore. She plays "a Martha Stewart-ish global entrepreneur named Poppy" while singer Elton John will be showing up as a "Vaughn-ized" version of himself which promises to be pretty crazy.
What about Colin Firth, though? "I’ve read the rumors, but I can’t reveal if I’m even in this film," the actor said on the set of the movie last year. In full costume. "I got in the first Kingsman by virtue of my improbability. An actor known for chick flicks as a fighting badass. So given that irony, I’d say anything is possible."
