The newest film of the Star Wars Saga received praise from the vast majority of critics and audiences. After being released in December, Star Wars: The Last Jedi is finally out of North American theaters, finishing its domestic run at $620.2 million. While some superhero blockbuster films hope for a worldwide gross of $600 million, Episode VIII easily accomplished that feat with just its home court numbers. That's especially impressive given the current state of box office revenue splits, which typically fall in the 30% domestic/70% international range. From an estimated production budget of $200 million, the film has grossed $1.333 billion worldwide for a 46% domestic/54% international split.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is now out on Blu-Rey and DVD. Have you purchased your copy of the critically-acclaimed film yet?
