During today's Rio Olympics, a TV Spot/commericial of sorts aired during the event, detailing that the official Rogue One trailer will air during Thursday's events. We may end up seeing the trailer sooner than Thursday as is the case as most trailers get released online ahead of their TV debuts. Although it was thought that we'd be seeing a new Rogue One trailer during San Diego Comic-Con, that was not the case as we only saw a featurette showing behind the scenes footage and characters not seen in the initial teaser trailer.
