Haven't posted my work on here in a rather long time, but I thought I'd get this on here.
I've been meaning to make another Man of Steel poster for months, since two of my most recognised posters are Superman ones. Anywho, I wanted this one to not be another typical "just using the symbol poster" or "only showing superman and not really anything else" because neither Nolan nor Snyder ever market their films that way. They both have a sense of grandeur. And that's what I've tried to create. I want it to feel like there is actually danger in this movie, and Superman is really going to have to fight to beat it.
The main idea of the poster is what I expect to happen in the film, wherein Zod gives Superman one chance to join him, where he claims he will stop the destruction of earth. If he doesn't join him, the earth will die. Dramatic shit.
I like the idea of there just being this shot of Zod and Superman stood watching this chaos, and Superman doesn't know whether to take Zod down right there, or go out and stop each person, but lose his one chance with Zod.
