RISE OF THE TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES Trailer, Clip And Character Images Debut At SDCC
A new trailer for Nickelodeon's Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles just debuted at San Diego Comic-Con, and we have that along with the first clip and images of the new lineup of villains right here.
We've had a few teasing glimpses of Nickelodeon's new Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series, but this SDCC exclusive trailer gives us our best look at this latest incarnation of The Heroes in a Half-Shell yet.
In it, Raphael, Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and April O'Neil take on new baddie Baron Draxum (John Cena) and his minions, while finding time to crack a joke or two, obviously.
Below, you'll find the trailer along with the first clip, as well as images of some of the new characters that'll be introduced on the show and which actors will be voicing them.
Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is set to premiere on September 17.

Albearto
This (overly) friendly-looking fellow is named Albearto, and he's described as a "birthday loving robot."
The character will be viced by Tom Kenny (SpongeBob SquarePants).
Big Mama
Lena Headey (Game of Thrones, Dredd) will provide the voice for this giant spider mutant named Big Mama.
Ghostbear
Jorge Gutierrez (El Tigre) will bring Ghostbear to life. This bruiser is described as "a human pro-wrestler champion who likes to cheat."
Umm... we assume he's wearing a mask?
Huginn
This little fella is Huginn, one of Draxum's gargoyles. He'll be voiced by Veep star Sam Richardson.
Muninn
Draxum's other gargoyle Muninn will also be viced by a Veep actor, Tim Simons. We think this is the guy from the clip above.
Hypno-Potamus
Rhys Darby (Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle) is Hypno-Potamus, who, as the name suggests, is a mutant magician/hippo.
Meat Sweats
This is Meat Swats, the "power-seeking mutant pig." He'll be voiced by none other that former Sex Pistols frontman John "Johnny Rotten" Lydon.
Warren Stone
No pun-tastic mutant nickname for this one! Warren Stone is a former news anchor turned mutant earthworm, and will be voiced by John Michael Higgins (Pitch Perfect).
