The Human Target stars Mark Valley, Jackie Earl Haley and Chi McBride.

The show is scheduled to premiere on Fox on Sunday, January 17, 2010 and then move to its regular time slot on Wednesdays at 9:00pm EST.

It looks like a decent show. I just hope it doesn't end up in the TV graveyard like a lot of recent FOX shows.

I would love to see Mark Valley as Cap, though I think he's too old for the role. I believe he could do the actions scenes, as this show hopefully will show.

Compared to many people on CBM, I'm a relative newbie to the comic book world. I've just recently (within the last 10 years or so) started reading comics. However, I've been a fan of comic book characters nearly all my life, thanks to cartoons like the X-Men Series and Batman. Been downhill ever since.

I've been lucky enough to climb the ranks here at CBM and the almighty Galactus has chosen me to act as one of his Heralds (Jr. Editor). So if you ever need suggestions or help on articles, I am more than happy to help out; you can find me in the CBM chat quite often. I really like shows like this, where you have the main character becoming someone else every week.It gives the actor a chance to play different roles.It's like the Pretender, or what Dollhouse should have been.I do wish they would have stuck to the comics and have him actually masquerade as the client.

I don't know much about this character, but the show looks cool. I think he's a pretty good actor and hope the show does well.

ECKS @ You've gotta check out the DC/VERTIGO comic book man, its a [frick]ing good read! Hopefully the series will keep to the comic as much as possible, i know they've changed a bit though!

Ive never seen VALLEY act, well only on YouTube lol, i actually did one of my 1st articles about him and JASON LEWIS would make good CAP's, ahhhhh those were the days lol!!

Haha! Yeah, I was a faithful watcher of Boston Legal and he was in that show. Pretty good stuff.

I'll have to look into it. The concept looks cool. You've come a long way my friend.

I knew thatonce people saw who Mark Valley was, they' immediately think Captain America! I'd love to see this guy play the part!

my dear phinehas:
1: he look like captain america
2: he is an american actor (i not from USA, but even i know the actor who will be CA MUST to be american, sorry sam worthington)
3: he was a real soldier en middle east
4: he is a funny guy
5: i dont think captain america like a teen (i dont want another "smallville")and cap. has aprox. 22-23 year old in 1944 when he "die".
6: when sleep frozen i believe he still was aging..so he look like 26-28 maybe.

Even if he aged, how would you do the part when he's just a kid and get the Super-soldier serum? Wouldn't he be pissed that he came out of it as a 45 year old man? I know I would be.
