Diablo IV, the latest instalment in Blizzard's wildly popular loot-hunting horror RPG, launched on June 1, and it seems the developer has pulled out all the stops for the marketing!

Megan Fox (Transformers, Jennifer's Body) has taken to social media to promote the game by offering players a chance to upload their in-game deaths.

Fox says she'll choose the best (well, worst) ones, and either eulogize - or ridicule - what are sure-to-be some brutal demises at the hands of Lilith's hordes of demons.

“If there’s one thing I love, it’s the sight of blood,” says the actress in her post. “And in Diablo IV, there are rivers of it. Show me your worst in-game death with #DiabloDeaths and you might get a eulogy from yours truly, telling the world that you went out like a hero. Or a chump.”

You can upload your deaths on TikTok or Twitter with the corresponding hashtag, and Fox will begin to read out the eulogies tomorrow, June 8.

"Diablo IV takes place fifty years after the events of Diablo III: Reaper of Souls, after millions have been slaughtered by the actions of the High Heavens and Burning Hells alike. In the power vacuum, a legendary name resurfaces—Lilith, daughter of Mephisto, the whispered progenitor of humanity. Her grip on Sanctuary cuts deep into the hearts of men and women alike, cultivating the worst in its denizens and leaving the world a dark, hopeless place."
