Concept artist Amar Djouad, via Shogun Gamer has debuted some new art on his web site from a failed Superman game that Finish developer Housemarque was developing. The art was shown to WB Games and DC, with them deciding to pass on the project. The game, obviously, would feature Superman as well as Doomsday. Check out the art for both below.

According to Djouad, the design of Superman was suppose to make him look a little worn, with him carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders. He is also sporting a re-designed S emblem which wasn't explained. Even though this game didn't get picked up, it looks like and interesting, never before seen take on the character.
