According to Moviesonline, Zak Penn has been pegged to write the new live action Ultimates film. Although no release date has been given, it would be a safe bet to look for a 2009 release with a glut of both Marvel and DC films set for release in 2008. No word yet on the cast, but with Zak Penn on the case (X-Men 1 and 2) fans can rest assured that the story will be great!
