Do you like the evolution of it?
Well, in a way no.

Why not?
It's dark. I think we had so much fun in the 60's, 1966 to 68, and then Vietnam came and everything got darker and darker and darker

How does it feel to you playing Catwoman and realizing you were part in starting that.
It's nice to be immortal.

The Dark Knight Rises is the latest and final sequel to the Nolan directed Batman series, its predecessors being Batman Begins and the The Dark Knight. The character first appearing in Detective Comics #27, Batman was created by artist Bob Kane and writer Bill Finger, and has subsequently appeared in many comics, books, television, and movies. The current premise for the feature film The Dark Knight Rises is: Following the death of District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman assumes responsibility for Dent's crimes to protect Dent's reputation and is subsequently hunted by the Gotham City Police Department. Eight years after the events of The Dark Knight, Batman returns to Gotham, where he encounters the mysterious Selina Kyle and the villainous Bane, and must confront the latter's plans to destroy the city. With an all star cast: Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Marion Cotillard, The Dark Knight Rises is in theaters now!

Did she really say that Adam West was better then Christian Bale? Age damaged her brain, and the fact that she prefers that spandex costume, confirms that. Everyone was better then Adam West .

She's just pissed she can't be Catwoman anymore. Shows how much she actually knew about the comics and the actual character...

Good god, plastic surgery is a bitch, she doesn´t know anything about the character, batman was supposed to be dark, it´s because of the show that it became so lightheated.

Yes, batman is supposed to be dark and I do like how recent years have made his universe appear darker. The Adam West show was what we'd call "good, clean fun" and that's what they needed then.

But to be real, she did have a nice body for the Catwoman suit. @Sabconth that's the example I was thinking of.

@Dionysios, Man! I was thinking the same thing. Legs are open and ready for action.

@DTor91, Vietnam can't affect the fictional aspect of Batman but Vietnam, Watergate and other darker elements did affect American Society at large and by connection affect those who would write and illustrate the character of Batman. Pop culture is always affected by the real events that surround it. Before Vietnam and Watergate, comics and television seldom dealt with drug use, Presidential assasinations, political corruption and other dark themes. After Vietnam,Watergate and the turmolt of the 60's everything got darker.

@DTor91 Good points. In the end what she was saying is everything not just Batman got darker and darker. And in that, she is correct. Every thing changed and got a little darker after Vietnam, the 60's, the assasination of JFK,MLK,Robert Kennedy, Malcolm X and other notable public figures. Watergate led to a mistrust of not just the government but the office of the President it self. All these things found their way into comics and television and entertainment has never recovered to find that lighter more innocent tone of earlier generations. I don't think it's a bad thing though, it is what it is. Pop culture should always reflect society at large. I think she's just stuck in a period of time she really enjoyed and wished she can could back to.

Ok! She's badass, she's smart and understands the importance of nature and what it reveals to us. And I'd hit that. She's still hot and can carry on a damn good conversation to boot. Plus she has all those love making skills she learned from the hippy era. lol
