I like Nolans Bane more, since the idea of his use of the mask is better and a man not feeling pain because of anesthesia is also better than this venom shit. If they made bane like this in the beginning, it would have been better.

Well, at least he doesn't look like a stupid balloon in this one.

Umm, why batman's face is blue?

Sooo about Batman's face... is there a reason why his mouth is all black or grey like that? Hero Make-up or just strange artist interpretation?

Yes Batmans face is like that due to war paint as explained in his Smallville origin story

Is Batman wearing face paint? Why?

Sam Witwer should've played Bruce Wayne in Smallville instead of Doomsday.

AnnoDomini: I wouldn't doubt if Bane is in only one scene, just to show what Batman is up to. It's like when you see someone take out a villain before the opening credits. The Monitors are the focus of this arc.
Everyone else: The face paint is an added touch in the Smallville universe to further conceal his identity.

I dont like the Smallville comics but i do like the design of Bane. I dont understand why Batman has to wear warpaint when he's wearing the mask.
