I think Spencer will be the one killed...there was another brief preview where Negan arrives at the gates of Alexandria asking to be let in. I think Spencer will try to stand up to the guy and Negan will make a quick example out of him...Dwight and Paul I think are other possibilities.

i wonder if darly will ever get worked into the comics. probably not but it would be interesting

I wouldn't even bother with Negan on tv. His dialogue would be... challenging. I just hope they make the show better than its been, figure it out Kirkman. You're dropping the ball.
