COMICS: The Original Nova Returns, Peter And MJ Are Together Again, And More LEAKED Marvel NOW! Surprises
The new Marvel NOW! titles have leaked online today, and they showcase a very different Marvel Universe. Are you ready for Doctor Doom's Avengers and romance between Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy?!
Some big changes are coming to the Marvel Universe this October following the events of Civil War II, and the Marvel NOW! Previews Magazine has leaked online today offering up an idea of what we should expect from the new status quo. There's literally no sign of the X-Men, but at least the likes of, er, Foolkiller, Slapstick, and the Great Lakes Avengers will have their own titles this coming Fall.
On the plus side, Peter Parker and Mary Jane are once again married (in an alternate reality), Venom appears to be back to his old self, and a return for Richard Rider (a.k.a. Nova) seems to be on the horizon. Still, DC Rebirth this ain't, and much of what has leaked is just as likely to alienate longtime fans as it will intrigue newer ones. We'll just have to wait and see how the whole thing plays out.
