The Hulk has when from the Dino-Era, to Asgard (where he wielded Thor's hammer) and now, it looks as if he's back in time with the Howling Commandos! Meanwhile, Dracula has a train filled with Gamma radiation and he threatens to take over the world with it! The Hulk must team up with the Howling Commandos to stop him!
