BattlinMurdock Needs Your Help: Pick My Next Script!

I'm asking for your input on what my next project should be! Vote here and be a better person! *UPDATED* I'll also need some help with a possible fake fan poster. Artists wanted!

Hey, folks. Cameron here, asking for your help on my next big project. As some of you know, I've written two lengthy screenplays for my favorite superhero of all time, Daredevil. You can find those screenplays here:

Part 1: http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/SoHelpYouGod/news/?a=62279

Part 2: http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/SoHelpYouGod/news/?a=62458

But that's not what this article is about. I'd personally like to start a new project before I finish my Daredevil trilogy. That's where you come in. Listed below are four properties that I'd enjoy getting my hands on. Now, you help me pick. Once we have a winner (by the time this article is off the front page of Fan-Fic), I'll post the winner, a brief synopsis, and start working. Thanks, everyone, for this! Choose wisely!

Batman - The story takes place in the 1940s. Dark Noir genre. However, don't think that that doesn't mean some fantastical elements come into play. I'm looking to really draw on Batman's detective persona. Prepare to see a lot of Batman, and very little Bruce Wayne. Not an origin story.

Fantastic Four - A modern, up-dated take on the first family of superheroes. However, their origin will be explained. Their threat will be one that breaches earth and settles into the cosmic, but is not Galactus-level...yet.

Spider-Man - Gwen Stacy and the Goblin have been dead for two years. Mary Jane has been alluding to a wedding, but Peter's yet to be convinced. That, and the new threat of Mysterio is constantly looming.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Not an origin story. Not aliens.

UPDATE: Let's make this a bit more collaborative, shall we? This is a call to anyone with real artistic talent who'd be willing to discuss with me the look and feel of a character for some promo stuff. Now, of course, this is just for fun, but if you think you've got what it takes and want to show off your skills, I'll post your poster (with your due credit, of course) with my script once completed. So, ready for a challenge? I sure hope so!

I'd have to agree with Roger Ebert when he said, "Superheroes and film noir DO NOT and SHOULD NOT go together." I don't like a Batman story where everyone is too clean cut and other races can't express their own culture. That's why I don't like movies set before the 70's/80's, because they don't show many people of other ethnic backgrounds.

I picked Fantastic Four. You'd do amazing things with it. Actually, I'm working on a Fan Fic for them right now. I hope our ideas aren't the same— I'll have to scrap it.

I picked TMNT.

If it's not going to be an orgin story, can you at least put how the turtles met Casey Jones and April O'Neill. Also, great job on your Daredevil scripts, I really enjoyed them.

@BattlinMurdock Well, that's another reason why I don't like Nolan's films that much.

2. Spider-Man
3. FF
4. Batman

I chose FF because it needs desperate help and I'd like to see your take on it. Everyone on here is doing Batman and Spiderman plus I've got no desire to read TMNT.

What kind of screenwriting software did you use for your DD scripts? Also how did you get it?

How long does it take you to write a feature-length?
