Okay, because I don't watch alot of films with Mister Jason Isaacs, can he do an American accent. And can he do the voice of a nutjob? Gary Sinise would be a nice choice, because he not only looks like Norman Osborn, but is American. Plus, if you watch him in "Forrest Gump", when he gets batshit angry, you can hear a bit of a Green Goblin voice.
