Here is my second fancast. I hope you like it better than my first.

Garrett Hedlund as Peter Parker/Spider-Man



I chose him in my first fancast but for the wrong character, but the actor is good and still young and could play a decent Peter Parker/Spider-Man.


Teresa Palmer as Gwen Stacy



I chose Teresa because she is such a good actress and she could really bring Gwen to life, although Emma Stone is gonna do an awesome job.

Thomas Jane as Dr. Curt Connors/Lizard



I know this is an odd choice but Thomas Jane is such a strong actor and for some reason Dr. Connors/Lizard is the only role that isn't Punisher that he could be great in a Marvel film.

John Malkovich as J.Jonah Jameson



Seeing how they already used the perfect choice for Jameson I figured I'd go for the next best actor, John Malkovich.

Patrick Dempsey as Norman Osborne/Green Goblin



Patrick Dempsey has the looks and the chops to play Norman Osborne and could play a decent Green Goblin but he still couldn't compete with Willem Dafoe.

Derek Mears as Eddie Brock/Venom



All I have to say is, even though he didn't udder one word in Friday the 13th, he would be perfect for Venom.

Jackie Earle Haley as Cletus Kassidy



We've seen Jackie Earle Haley go nuts and crazy plus he has the chops, so therefore it's a no brainer.

Michael Fassbender as Doc Ock



All I have to say is that was perfect casting.

So there is my basic fancast for Spider-Man. Leave your thoughts, suggestions and be respectful.

Nicely done man, I like Jackie for Carnage, good idea. And Teresa as Stacy? Wooh, she FINE! Nice pick. Although for Doc Ock I like Robin Williams wierdly enough, check out my Marvel Cinematic Universe Fan Cast, its not far down the list, pretty new. Or Sam Niel.

Good casting!

But PETER PARKER is listed as 5'9".
GARRETT HEDLUND is 6'2".
GARRETT is quite too tall for PETER
PARKER.

The rest of this cast is nice.

My favorite.....HALEY as CARNAGE.

All your actors you've used are great, but they just don't work for the characters that you've chosen for them. Palmer and Jackie have been well cast though...

Interesting choices, I can't see Malkovich as Jameson though, I do like Fassbender as Ock, plus I love that you chose and Ultimate Spider-Man image!

Haley as Carnage is a really good choice, as is the choice for Venom!

Uh, Peter Parker has always been 5'9",
that's his height even when he's older,
that's according to MARVEL.
Peter Parker is not a tall guy ever.

I didn't make the rules but if we're going
to do fancasts we need to follow the rules!

But yea now that I thought about it, I should've casted Tom Hardy as Venom.

I would say Tom Hardy or Sam Witwer for Venom. All in all very good cast the only one that really bothers me is Dempsey.

Love Hedlund but he's not right for Spidey. And not because he's a few inches too tall.... Your Gwen pick screams Black Cat to me instead. Dempsy as Goblin would rule, and Fas as Doc Ock is a sweet pick as well!

I say TOM HARDY as Eddie Brock/Venom, JIM CARREY as Carnage, JACKIE EARLE HALEY as the Vulture, and I think it would be cool if they made JAMES FRANCO Norman Osborne,just because he is a great actor and since he played Harry in the first trilogy.
