Nic Cage, who plays Ghost Rider in the upcoming Mark Steven Johnson movie, and his wife Alice Kim Cage named their newborn son Kal-El after the Superman character.
Cage, who was born Nicolas Coppolla but took his stage name from Luke Cage the comic book character, was once slated to play the Man of Steel when the film was going to be directed by Tim Burton.
