DC: Drawing The Line at $2.99

Who likes price increases? No one really does, but why in times of a down economy do we have to go up all the time?

DC Comics has taken a new approach to keep prices down!

Jim Lee DC Comics Co-Publisher stated:

"This announcement reaffirms DC Comics' commitment to both our core fans and to comic book store retailers,". "For the long term health of the industry, we are willing to take a financial risk so that readers who love our medium do not abandon the art form."

So basically they are keeping prices of all standard length 32-page ongoing comic book titles currently priced at $3.99 to $2.99. What is not included are of course annuals, specials, & oversized books. I say Hell yeah thou I don't read or collect DC stuff much. Marvel take note keep prices down. We all know the economy is bad. But the line has to be drawn some where.
