Remake of The Raid to come in the near future, Frank Grillo  confirmed

Just like Brick Masons was a "remake" of District B-13, so will be this version THE RAID

The Reamke of this awesome martial arts/action movie THE RAID is currently on developement. Attached to direct is Patrick Hughes (The Expendables 3). 

Other names yet to be confirmed are the likes of Luke Evans, Ethan Hawke and Anthony Mackie. 

In an interview with the actor had this to say on Wegotthiscovered.com: 

"What people don’t know is that I’m a black belt in jiu jitsu, which I’ve been for 20 years, and I’ve been boxing since I’ve been 15 years old – those are things that come natural to me. Believe it or not, I just got hired to do [the remake of] The Raid… I loved [the original]… we’ve got to do this justice. It’s a fanboy favorite."
