Edgar Wright, the director of Scott Pilgrim Vs The World is hinting at a ton of music for the movie's soundtrack. Look for that to hit sometime before August 13th when the movie hits North America.
He also mentions that he'll be using tunes straight from the book playlists. Each Volume has a list of songs in it that are meant to be listened to while reading the comic, with tunes chosen by writer Bryan Lee O' Malley.

I'm not positive if this is the final list or not for the soundtrack - or part of a possible 2 disc set - but writer Bryan Lee O'Malley mentions on this website that Edgar Wright chose track 13 - which is from The Valley of the Dolls.
