Spider-Man 2 Toys Start 1st Quarter, 2004

In Marvel's telephone conference call about their Quarter 2 results, the company mentioned that you can expect to start seeing Spider-Man 2 movie toys in the 1st Quarter of 2004 (January, February or March).

The toys will be rolled out more and more towards the movie's release date on July 2.
