Jai Courtney Has Seen His SUICIDE SQUAD Costume
Looks like costumes are confirmed for Suicide Squad. "I've seen it...elements of it...the artwork. It's going to be dope, man. This world is going to be dark and cool. It's David Ayer, man. He's not going to phone it in. It won't be like a comic book movie we've seen before."
It looks as if director David Ayer's Suicide Squad roster will indeed have costumes as Jai Courtney tells MTV that he's seen artwork for his Captain Boomerang threads. It will be interesting to see what Warner Bros. and Ayer do with Boomerang's look as most consider his traditional comic book look to be a tad more difficult to transition to live-action than other characters. Just what exactly does Courtney mean by costume? Will the Squad receive tactical, all-black military-esque threads or will each member have a costume closer to their comic book roots? Suicide Squad opens in US theaters on August 05, 2016.
