The Joker Is All Smiles On The Cover Of Empire's SUICIDE SQUAD Special; New Clip Reveals Task Force X's Mission
Empire has revealed their amazing Suicide Squad cover featuring arguably the best shot yet of Jared Leto's Joker! Meanwhile, a new clip sheds light on why Task Force X is assembled by Amanda Waller.
Suicide Squad is less than two weeks away, and after releasing eight awesome clips and an extended trailer, it looks like Warner Bros. has one last surprise for us in the pages of this month's Empire Magazine. The subscriber cover was cool and all, but this one easily tops a Photoshopped shot of Harley Quinn as we see Jared Leto's Joker cracking a huge grin right out of the comics. Well, sort of!
Also below is yet another new clip from Suicide Squad which sheds some light on why Amanda Waller sends Task Force X to Midway City. Chances are that the HVT (High Value Target) she's talking about is The Enchantress, though there could be some sort of twist there as we still know relatively little about who the villain of the movie is going to be.
