Here I want to convey the joy Hela takes in battle, slicing and dicing through the Einherjar with ease. Escape from Sakaar! The challenge of this keyframe was to juggle action with character connection. This would be the first time Thor and Valkyrie worked together in a big action set piece. Amid the explosions and chaos the 2 warriors needed to connect and acknowledge each other's battle prowess. This is the approved concept design I illustrated of Thor's "roadworn" look from #ThorRagnarok Taika Waititi (director) wanted to show a Thor like we haven't seen him before with this movie. I liked doing this more grounded look. How did you all like it compared to his more Asgardian look from the previous movies?
