Marc Guggenheim has given us our first glimpse of the annual Arrow/Flash 2-part crossover episode from The CW. However, it's almost more interesting to see who's missing. Should we assume that Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears) still doesn't have his powers? Where is Sara Lance's (Caity Lotz) White Canary? Also missing are Firestorm (Franz Drameh) and The Atom (Brandon Routh). Aside from Garrick, all of these characters are expected to appear in the spinoff superhero drams, Legends of Tomorrow. Perhaps their absence is central to the conflict of the mini-event? Questions will be answered in three weeks with Arrow 4x08 "Legends of Yesterday" and The Flash 2x08 "Untitled".
