Katie Cassidy posted the following photo of her "pre season 3 workout". After Sarah's departure many were left wondering if Katie Cassidy's Laurel would take up the mantle of The (Black) Canary. Now, before all the commenters say how much they hate Laurel's character, just read this. Laurel's character could obviously be much better, but if you look at it, her chracater development was stunted so that Sarah could become the Canary, so season 3 should have some big development in store for Laurel.
