We got an
official look at
Superman Returns' Brandon Routh suited-up as the older,
Kingdom Come Superman over the weekend, and now the actor has shared a new behind-the-scenes photo of himself alongside the current Arrowverse incarnation of the Man of Steel played by Tyler Hoechlin.
Both versions of the iconic DC Comics hero will team-up for The CW's
Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event this December.
Smallville's Tom Welling is also set to appear as Clark Kent, but we're not sure whether he'll actually suit-up as Supes yet.
Crisis on Infinite Earths kicks off on Sunday, Dec. 8 with
Supergirl, before continuing with Monday's episode of
Batwoman and Tuesday’s installment of
The Flash. Then, after a month-long holiday break, the event concludes with the Jan. 14 episode of
Arrow followed by a special installment of
Legends of Tomorrow.
