Everyone died on my playthrough. I didn't play multiplayer- so I didn't have Galactic Readiness... everyone died haha. I am replaying, though, aiming for the best possible ending... WOO!

@Rabbit Don't even bother all endings suck and have so many plot holes.

@Tonychu, yeah- that has been the big thing for fans. I wasn't too happy with the ending, but I found this video about how the whole ending is Shepard battling Indoctrination. How the whole event after Harbinger hits you with his laser is all in Shepard's head- It was pretty convincing haha. Still, hopefully the DLC will clear up all the fuss and set the games ending on a better level.
