Reportedly Aussie actor Lachy Hulme (pictured left below) and Brit thespian Paul Bettany (right) are reading for the part of the Joker in the sequel to Batman Begins.
Bettany will play a villain in The Da Vinci Code. Hulme is Jennifer Connelly's husband.
According to an Ain't It Cool News source, the actors are the only ones reading for the part at the moment. Screen tests may take place this fall.
The same source says Christopher Nolan is expected to return for the sequel after finishing The Exec for Warner Bros.
