When Zemo was announced for the Captain America threequal we were all hoping for the iconic purple mask. Unfortunately we didnt get that but to many us Zemo did not disappoint, here is an unused concept art of hil wearing the purple mask.

He prbably got scarred during the Sokovian destrcton and it lead to him wearing a mask, but he wouldn't have been able to do what he did if he had to hide his face.

He would've seemed too similar to Crossbones as well. Hoepfully, they scar him down the road and adapt this look.

Looks very similar to this. This is the look i would want.
