The recent actual and very underwhelming death of Richard Rider has left something of a void in the Marvel cosmic comics. However, it seems Dan Abnett is making up for Bendis' mistake and bringing in an all new character to don the Nova mantle. And get this: Her last name is Rider! It's likely she's a descendant of Richard's brother Robbie and Irani Rael given her name, so she's certainly got the blood for being a Nova Prime!
So, will you be picking up this book to see what this new, future Nova is all about? Perhaps we'll get a clue as to a possible new fate for Richard Rider? Who knows at this early stage, but I'll certainly be checking this one out. Be sure to leave your thoughts in the comments section below.
