Welcome to week 2 of the Marvel/DC champions battle poll, the voting is now final for last Saturday-Wednesday and the count for last Saturday's battle will be revealed. Thursday and Friday battles were more recent so I will leave them alone for now and allow voting to proceed.

Last Saturday's battles:
Daredevil beat Nightwing 30-10, this week I've matched Daredevil against someone who's equally skilled as Nightwing, but uses more weapons and violence in combat, let's see how he does.

Green Lantern (Stewart) beat Giant-Man 29-6, yeah I'll admit Giant-Man probably wasn't the best match-up for Stewart, this week I've matched him up with someone closer to his own level.

Hercules beat Wonder Woman 25-12, this would've been a great battle to actually see but the majority of us agree that Hercules would come out on top, this time I've given him someone slightly above Wonder Woman's level, just for a challenge.

As always vote objectively, put favoritism aside and vote for the one you actually think would win.

The Red Hood vs Daredevil

Green Lantern (Stewart) vs Loki

Black Adam vs Hercules

Also, I have considered putting a together a power scale for the characters I'm using. Marvel and DC separately, with one for physical strength, one for fighting skill and one for overall power. I already have a few positions in mind where the fighters might line up I'd love to hear any input. The scales would be like:

Marvel's most highly skilled combatants (Black Panther, Captain America, Daredevil...etc.)
Marvel's physically strongest heroes (Hulk, Hercules, Gladiator...etc.)
Marvel's most powerful heroes (Silver Surfer, Sentry, Thor...etc.)

DC's most highly skilled combatants (Deathstroke, Batman, Ozymandias...etc.)
DC's physically strongest heroes (Superman, Captain Marvel...etc.)
DC's most powerful heroes (Martian Manhunter, Captain Atom, Superman...etc.)

I'd love to hear any input on how the individuals should line up...

Gotta watch it with the "peak human conditioning" thing. Deathstroke, Captain America...those guys are peak human. Batman, Daredevil, etc...those guys are peak conditioning only for men of their respective age/height/weight/build. Semantics, perhaps, but true.

Daredevil vs Red Hood -- I don't know much about Red Hood but someone mentioned the other day that Red Hood is basically Robin, all grown up? If so, I give this one to DD. Robin may have been training since he was a child, but DD's been training while BLIND since he was a child, plus has a clear edge with his super-senses. DD by clean knock-out.

Loki vs Green Lantern -- dude with an alien ring vs an immortal Asgardian and God of Mischief. Loki would trick GL into ripping out his own innards if the mood struck him.

Black Adam vs Hercules -- I hate that Herc never seems to get his due props in Marvel, but I have to vote against him here. I think BA's speed gives him the advantage.

@LoudLon
Red Hood is basically the Winter Soldier of DC, Robin "dies" and then later resurfaces as Red Hood an infamous assassin and anti-hero...his greatest feat that I know of was stale mating Nightwing...he might have done more but I didn't follow him for a super long time so I can't be sure. And as for peak human thing, I've been considering people like Batman and Fury to be peak human, while Cap and Deathstroke are enhanced human. At least thats how I see it...

^^^ Fair enough about the peak human/enhanced human thing.

Yeah, I still would hand it to Daredevil. I know you and I agree that DD would beat Batman. Nightwing is good but he's no Batman, so it makes sense DD wouldn't have a problem handling Nightwing OR another opponent equal to Nightwing.

Red Hood vs Daredevil

Daredevil for the hard earned wins.Nightwing and Redhood are basially Batman lite and contrary to bias fanboys belief Daredevil would have a harder time beating the Bat then these those two.I put them on equal fighting skill level. After all Nightwing is just Daredevil with eye sight:)

Green Latern(John) vs Loki

John wins this easily.Loki can't even out smart Thor a man who tends to act before he thinks, how is he going to fight man who thinks about his every action.

Black Adam vs Hercules

Tuff call but I'm going with Black Adam.Herc like Thor tends to act without thinking first that could be the advantage Adam would use to win this.

"contrary to bias fanboy belief"
Seriously? There are plenty of reasons why DD could beat Batman, no one has ever said it'd be easy though and how exactly am I being a fanboy? Ive always given valid reasons for my decisions, why do you always claim that anyone who doesent always vote Batman is somehow a hater or "biased"?

And btw Loki HAS outsmarted Thor, he's tricked him many times. As well as many other brilliant minds...

I should have put it this way Loki has a hard time defeating a man who tends to think before he acts.

Actually that had nothing to do with voting for Batman more with people's comic book logic and I use the term loosely seeing as how logic in a fictional universe is an oxymoron. You guys contradict yourseleves nearly every other day of the week.If the lore suits your perpose you except it but if it doesn't you discount it's credibility(again anther oxymoron when discussing comic book lore).
