Earlier this year a bunch of pictures from a storybook from The Avengers were leaked online. One of them was a picture of Captain America laying in a table still in a block of ice. A HQ picture was never released (hopefully the scene is in the movie) but here is a poster Alex4everdn created using the leaked image.

i wanted to see more of that scene,it was on the screen for what a second.

Really only a second? That sucks. I remember that Joss said he left out alot of scenes of Captain America. And since the picture was never released officially, I thought that the scene would be one of them that Joss cut out.

I hope there is a longer scene when its released on bluray.

I wanted to see SHIELD agents taking his body from the plane then laying him on that table defrosting him, lol.

Like I said maybe a longer version will be on the deleted scenes when its released on bluray.

yeah i agree that would been awesome seeing them defrost cap.

there is meant to be about 45 minutes of deleted scenes,maybe joss will insert some into the movie for the blu-ray release.

dont diss the film for missing out a few things, yes us nerds will want to see as much avengers as possible but u gotta remember that this film is almost 2 hours and a half already those scenes had to be cut especially as this is shown as lighter than the dark knight rises so kids we see it, even though the film is the best CBM ever they will get bored cos theyre stupid so thats y this was cut.
