Mary Jane Watson- Emily Browning(star of the uninvited) i think she has the ablitity to pull off a mary jane
Harry Osborn-Jesse Eisenberg (star of zombieland and adventureland)
Gwen Stacy-Imogen Poots (star of 28 weeks later)
Betty Brant- Lizzy caplan (cloverfield, smallville,true blood) i think she looks alot like the character and can bring a bit more to the role
Felicia Hardy/Black Cat-Mila Kunis (max payne,the book of eli, extract) she is very beautiful and i think she can make it work quite nicely
Liz Allen-Amber Heard (pineapple express,the stepfather) she wont be in the movie much anyways
Dr Connors/Lizard- Sharlto Copely (district 9) i know it is pretty much a given that they wont ever use lizard but sharlto copley is a great actor and already tried his hand at transformation
Kingpin-James Gandolfini (sopranos)
