Marvel’s Spider-Man Fan-cast Part One
Alright, here we go!
First, my favorite Superhero, Peter Benjamin Parker-
Leo Howard:
He’s a young, underrated actor who has worked with Disney before. I think if he cuts his hair and gets some bifocals, he’d look like Pete. Remember people, Peter didn’t always LOOK like a nerd. Still acted like one, though.
Next, his bad-ass supportive aunt, May Reilly-Parker-
Diane Keaton:
Aunt May can be young, but she should also be supportive of Peter. Maybe she discovers he’s Spider-Man by investigating what he does in his free time.
Peter’s fallen Uncle, and the catalyst for Spidey’s inception, Ben Parker-
Mark Harmon:
Uncle Ben is going to be Peter’s rock, his father-figure, and his #1 go-to guy when it comes to problems Peter runs into. Now, I think Uncle Ben’s last words should be “With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility”. It would be very touching and it would ring in Peter’s head every time he makes a decisive choice.
Peter’s first love in the Ultimate Comics, Mary Jane Watson-
Jane Levy:
I think Jane could pull it off. She looks a lot like the younger Mary Jane from the Ultimate comics, and that’s what I’m shooting for with this fan cast.
Peter’s best friend in the Ultimate Comics and Spectacular Spider-Man, Harry Osborn
Taron Egerton:
He just looks like that rich kid who rebels’ against his dad, and hangs out with a 15-year old nerd. Plus, Taron is a great actor and who plays his father will compliment this casting.
Harry’s strict father, and owner of shady business owner (and the monstrosity known as The Green Goblin), Norman Osborn-
Sean Bean:
He will be exactly the same way he was in Spectacular Spider-Man. Cool, calm and collected. But, inherently sinister. I think this can be the role where Sean Bean doesn’t die (yet).
Peter’s high-school bully and eventual Venom host, Flash Thompson-
Ansel Elgort:
He was pretty good in “Fault in our Stars”, and I think he can pull of the bully role.
Finally, the Main Villain of the Movie, THE ENFORCERS!!!
Lol, just kidding.
THE VULTURE!!!!
Jackie Earle Haley:
He could play the older, mean screeching villain known as Adrian Toomes. Maybe he worked for Norman, but Norman stole his ideas, so Toomey wants revenge.
