Welcome To The Show! This is another edition of REEL START, the main CBM outlet where I will host my "music video type" short films! In this second edition, I will feature, "SPIDERMAN: DISEASED AND UNGRATEFUL". I decided to post this in the news regarding the announcement of The Lizard being chosen as the villain in the new Spiderman Reboot film. So in addition to my own excitement to finally see the character, I would like to show you all my own Spiderman music video short film, this one was the most complex because I had to go through the trilogy as a whole to take my favorite shots altogether, it's one of my finest pieces of work with editing and I truly hope you all can enjoy it.. I tried to capture an emotionally intense Peter Parker in these, rather then a truly down run and emotionally torn individual. It shows both his strengths and weaknesses as his life is completely layered and webbed into layers, this exposing a true emotional self-betrayal in concept, which makes him diseased by power and ungrateful by his every sacrifice given and abuse through responsibility.

Using clips from all three films i felt meshed well together, I put them through the best editing possible on my own, along with a song I felt fit the story as complete as possible, and that song is Seether's "Diseased", a song from their great album, "Karma & Effect".

This video was perhaps the longest to complete, three films of cycling by memory what stood out to me, from each moment of breakdown, to every pattern which paralleled the song and the video moments together as one.

This is another of my absolute favorite creations as a fan, and I sincerely hope you enjoy this, ultimately in hopes that you have as much enjoyment as watching like I did in making it.

Thank You for your time, Gus Galaxy.

Youtube thankfully has NOT disabled embedding on this particular video, UNLIKE a few others, but I sent the link anyways. Let me know your thoughts on this so I know it worked out alright, feedback is encouraged!

Glad you like it LEEE, sucks my last video never ended up working, I re-edited that one with the youtube link, but I'm glad this video worked and was kind of a redeemer for that mishap, and YES! you see exactly what i was trying to show! So, with some folds and twists, these movies could be totally something different then what they were! I was going to make an extended version of this video with the Linkin Park song, "The Little Things Give You Away", but even though both songs always remind me of these movies, this one turned out exactly the way I wanted! So, there was no need to make a second to tread where I've already been. I really wanna try to put up my X-Men Origins: Wolverine one from youtube, but some of the videos like this have the copyright restriction that disables embedding, which sucks! That is another favorite, because I really re-visioned Wolverine into something people might find a bit quicker and more easy on the eyes of the public (even though I personally loved it!) but with a twist, I used the Michael Jackson song, "They Don't Care About Us", it may sound strange now, but when you see that one, you will totally tell what I intended with it! The reason being, I have some really good ones, and I highly doubt I'll be able to do more in the near future.. back when I had vista I was able to use both windows live movie maker to splice the footage, and the regular windows movie maker to overlay an audio source to it, if I found a program that did those two things just as easily, and on windows 7 (since I recently had a quick upgrade), then I would be cranking these out A LOT more often! Any good and easy program suggestions?
