@DrStrange I want to, to. If show is success, what a way to do it different to Marvel by incorporating different media such as TV.

Wouldn't it be boss to see Henry Cavill fly in at a random point in Arrow and try to recruit Green Arrow. In my opinion that would be amazing.

Some of the things you've said here make perfect sense. Using Green Lantern and all, but I really feel the direction should be taken in a more gradual, deliberated way than Marvel has done with the Avengers. So long as it pans out over the next 7 years or so.
