Twenty eight years ago William Shatner decided to take matters into his own hands and helm his very own Star Trek movie. Though ambitious, The Final Frontier isn't contrived in its concept, but in it's execution. Filled with dozens of eye-rolling moments, horrible special effects (even for its time), and too many plot holes to count, this is easily the weakest film in the franchise. Say what you want about Insurrection and Nemesis, at least those movies weren't as incompetently made as The Final Frontier. Full review below (SPOILER WARNING; but it doesn't matter, this movie is worth spoiling):
So what did you think of The Final Frontier?
Is it as bad as people say?
Or is it slightly underrated?

I'm not a huge Comic Book Geek, but the super hero movie genre has always excited me, and always will. I do not enjoy when people argue over CBMs like they're a religion, but i guess thats how most movie geeks are.
