"Use The Force!" Because STAR WARS: BATTLEFRONT Ditches Server Browsing

With just a few more months left until STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS hits theatres, fans have also been gearing up for the multi-platform game STAR WARS: BATTLEFRONT. Now DICE has recently confirmed something that can change the way we play online.

Recently an EA community manager took to the Star Wars: Battlefront subreddit under the name of "SledgeHammer70" revealing:

"Star Wars Battlefront will not offer a server browser, but will utilize a new skill based matchmaking system."

What does this mean exactly? Well, in the past with DICE's previous franchises such as Battlefield, players had the ability to create their own servers through a rental program. Players could customize the servers to be either public or private, player amount, and pretty much anything they wanted. Now? They can't. With matchmaking being skill based, looks like players won't get to have some fun in destroying some noobs. Players might actually have to try against other players who are equally as good. Maybe in the future DICE might change things up for Battlefront fans. Until then, enjoy this gameplay trailer!

Sound off below and let us know what you think about this different multiplayer system!
