Insomniac Games' Wolverine arrives on PlayStation 5 next week, and Hot Toys has now revealed two highly detailed 1/6th-scale figures based on the video game version of Liam McIntyre's Logan.

The first is a deluxe version, which comes bundled with a base featuring Omega Red. That opens the door to dynamic poses pitting Wolverine against one of his most formidable comic book foes.

The second is the standard edition. While it doesn't include the Omega Red, it's otherwise the same figure with the same accessories, making either version a must-have for Wolverine fans.

Reviews for the game have been mixed, but skew mostly positive. However, with a score of 78 on Metacritic—which is considered "generally favourable"—Wolverine is the lowest-rated PlayStation Studios game of the company's PS5 era.

Hot Toys has made several Spider-Man figures based on the web-slinger's Insomniac franchise, so this could be the first of many takes on Wolverine (like Spidey, he has multiple alternate suits in his game).

Check out both versions of this Wolverine figure in the Instagram galleries below.

Hot Toys is proud to elevate the action with the 1/6th scale Wolverine Collectible Figure (Deluxe Version). This version exclusively includes an epic battle-themed diorama display base. It features a menacing statue bust of Omega Red bursting from shattered rocky terrain, detailed with UV effects on his eyes to simulate a lethal energy surge. Sprouting from his wrists are two long wire-embedded Carbonadium Tentacles, allowing fans to pose the lethal coils whipping, constricting, or clashing head-to-head with Wolverine’s adamantium fury.

Standing approximately 29 cm tall, Wolverine features a muscular body paired with seamless silicone arms supported by an internal metal skeleton. The figure showcases a newly developed cowled head with interchangeable components, allowing fans to swap between two eye plates and two lower faces to capture his steely focus or untamed fury. Additionally, fans can also swap between two sets of cowl wing flaps to reflect varying stages of battle damage. Dressed in the yellow-and-black “Battle Reborn” suit enriched with weathered textures, the look is pulled together by forearm gauntlets, a utility belt, and soft vinyl material boots.

Accessories include five unique pairs of his lethal claws, mirroring in-game cosmetics — including Adamantium, Scarlet, Diamond, Charred Bone, and Savage Bone Claws — along with attachable translucent slashing motion effects. A carved katana ornament earned from the "Last Stand at Cold Pines" storyline mission is also included.

Today, Hot Toys is thrilled to present the 1/6th scale Wolverine Collectible Figure, meticulously crafted based on his appearance in the game. This figure stands approximately 29 cm tall and features a muscular body, complemented by seamless silicone material arms for enhanced realism, with an internal metal skeleton for poseability.

It features a newly developed cowled head with interchangeable parts, including two eye plates and two lower faces to capture his determined and berserker rage expressions. Adding more display options, two sets of interchangeable cowl wing flaps allow collectors to portray him in different levels of battle wear. Wolverine arrives in his yellow-and-black “Battle Reborn” suit, specially applied with battle-weathering effects. The ensemble is completed with a utility belt, forearm gauntlets, and soft vinyl material boots.

He is packed with an astonishing array of five distinct pairs of interchangeable claws, inspired by the cosmetic variations as seen in-game — including the iconic Adamantium Claws, Scarlet Claws, Diamond Claws, Charred Bone Claws, and Savage Bone Claws! Additionally, a set of translucent slashing effects can be attached to any of those claws to recreate his slashing action. The set includes a carved katana ornament, recreating the in-game reward when completing the mission "Last Stand at Cold Pines." To top it off, Wolverine is posed atop a specially designed figure stand.

From Insomniac Games, the developers of the critically acclaimed Marvel’s Spider-Man franchise, comes Wolverine, an all-new take on an iconic character, based on Marvel Comics.

In Wolverine, players become a living weapon. As he searches for answers about his past, Wolverine will do whatever it takes—unleashing brutal claw combat, violent rage, and relentless determination—to cut through the mystery of the man he used to be.

Developed in collaboration with Marvel Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment, Wolverine is coming to the PS5 on September 15.

Nitpick, but I never like it when his claws are longer than his forearms. I understand logic doesn't necessarily outweigh the "Rule of Cool," but still, where those things goin? He wouldn't be able to bend either his wrist or elbow.
