Avengers: Secret Wars Will Feature A [Spoiler] As Major Doomsday Return Is Seemingly Confirmed

A new Avengers: Secret Wars rumour reveals a big change coming to the MCU when Battleworld is created, while a major return in Avengers: Doomsday has also seemingly been confirmed.

Avengers: Doomsday reshoots have been taking place in recent weeks, and cameras will start rolling on Avengers: Secret Wars this month. That means the rumour mill will soon start churning out wild claims about the Multiverse Saga finale, though it seems to have already started.

A Quiet Place star Noah Jupe recently joined the cast of Avengers: Secret Wars, and rumours immediately started swirling about him playing everyone from The Beyonder to Franklin Richards.

There's also been a lot of chatter about a post-credits scene being shot featuring Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch assembling a team of heroes.

Now, those rumours appear to have been confirmed by The Hot Mic's John Rocha. On the latest edition of the show, he revealed, "A source who has gotten a lot of stuff right with Doomsday told me that Noah Jupe is Franklin Richards, and there's a big time jump at the beginning of Secret Wars on Battleworld."

Rocha continued, "They also filmed a post-credit scene with Wanda gathering a group of heroes, and I was given permission to reveal that on our show."

The idea of a time jump between Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars is very intriguing, but it also follows the comics. Jonathan Hickman and Esad Ribic's Secret Wars opened with several years having passed since Doctor Doom had rewritten reality in his image.

The only heroes who managed to escape Earth-616 and Earth-1610 emerge from a life raft, though no time at all has passed for them. It seems safe to assume that something similar will play out next December.

As for Jupe, the actor playing an older Franklin Richards makes sense, especially if Doom makes it so that Sue is his wife and Franklin is his son on Battleworld. It also opens the door to Franklin's mutant powers being fully under his control, with him likely restoring and recreating the Multiverse after Victor Von Doom's defeat.

The confirmed (or semi-confirmed, at least) cast of Avengers: Secret Wars includes Robert Downey Jr. (Doctor Doom), Chris Evans (Steve Rogers), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Anthony Mackie (Captain America), Benedict Cumberbatch (Doctor Strange), Paul Bettany (The Vision), Letitia Wright (Black Panther), Simu Liu (Shang-Chi), and Hayley Atwell (Peggy Carter).

Also appearing are Pedro Pascal (Mister Fantastic), Vanessa Kirby (Invisible Woman), Joseph Quinn (Human Torch), Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Thing), and Sadie Sink (Jean Grey). The Thunderbolts* cast is also expected to return.

The Russo Brothers direct Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars from a screenplay by Stephen McFeely, with whom they previously collaborated on the Avengers and Captain America franchises. Loki and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness writer Michael Waldron has also been enlisted to refine the story, alongside Spider-Man: Brand New Day's Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers.

Avengers: Doomsday is set to be released on December 18, with Avengers: Secret Wars scheduled to arrive on December 17, 2027.

I doubt that anybody would be given permission to reveal the post-credits scene to Avengers Doomsday.

Time that Disney sues the hair off that idiots ass.
