BATMAN V SUPERMAN To Shoot Military Scenes Next Week

Filming is starting to get underway on Zach Snyder's long awaited Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and next week shooting begins on some military based scenes. Hit the jump to check out all the details!

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, Zach Snyder's 2016 Justice League precursor, will begin filming military based scenes next week on June 11th. Warner Bros. held auditions for extras for the film back in April and are now calling back extras (for fittings) who auditioned for military roles.
The film is in need of more than 8500 extras for the day and the events taking place in the scene are currently unknown. Filming will take place throughout the day, even at night.

“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” is from director Zack Snyder and stars Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, with Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane returning from “Man of Steel,” Also are Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, and Holly Hunter in a role newly created for the film. Opens May 6, 2016. Distributed by Warner Bros Pictures.
