CBM Fight Club RULES!!!

-NOT A POPULARITY CONTEST. In choosing a winner base your vote on the most iconic interpretation of the character. The comment section is a great place for you to present why you think that character would win the fight.

-The fights are first meeting chance encounters - no prep time.

-The fights does not need to be deathmatches, incapacitating the other character can be considered a win.

-Lopsided matches may occur (which also happens regularly in the comics and movies) but before you write out the "weaker" character try to think of possible ways this character can beat the more "powerful" opponent. Again the comment section will be helpful in this.

-Eligible fighters are characters who have both been given life in comics AND movies.

Let's face it: Loki may be an god, but he's not a fighter, and Lobo is pretty much can't die, so I give that one to Lobo.

Blue Beetle vs Red Skull: Hate to say it, but gotta give it to Beetle. He's got the advanced alien aromor, weaponry, and flight. I mean, maybe if Skull had the Cosmic Cube, but without it, I gotta give it to Blue Beetle.

Deathstroke vs. Whiplash: I assume we're not talking about the abomination version of the character that we saw in "Smallville". Deathstroke is the ultimate assassin with heightened speed, reflexes, healing, and agility. He's practically Batman but without the morals and a huge friggin sword. I give it to Deathstroke, hands down

No, nor the weird compilation version in Iron Man 2 ;)
But the most iconic version of the character (a personal judgement call.)

Recommend match ups then. Just so long as they are comic book characters that have also been in movies (and possibly TV, but this is not stated in the instructions.)

My calls would be:
Lobo: He's a god killer, and Loki is best as a trickster rather than a direct combatant.
Blue Beetle: Again Red Skull is better as a strategist, not that powerful alone in a one on one fight with such a powered opponent - esp. without foreknowledge and planning.
Deathstroke: He's the most skilled combatant/killer of the two, by quite a large margin.

Lobo vs Loki .Lobo by far. Loki is a God but not invulnerable.Yes he is a trickster but Lobo can`t be fooled easly.

Loki is the GOD of tricksters, he's not gonna give Lobo a direct fair fight. He'll dance around and mess with his head until Lobo has no idea what's real and then he'll get rid of him.
Blue Beetle just takes this one, red skull really can't due much here.
I don't know crap about whiplash from the comics, so I'll just abstain from that one.

LOBO- Loki is clever, but lets face it, Thor seems to always defeat him and Thor is not the sharpest knife in the drawer if ya know what i mean.


BLUE BEETLE- i love the red skull, especially the movie version. he did a great job in his portrayal, but BB just has too much tech in that suit of his.


DEATHSTROKE- i dont think whiplash would last very long. again, i loved micky rourkes portrayal tho.
