Well I have been thinking and I would really like to see a new Bill and Ted film but I don't want a remake, so I decided make a sequel/prequel it could take place right after the second one and supposedly some one has escaped and gone back in time to help get rid of Bill and Ted. Instead of killing them he will try to prevent them from meeting in there freshman year an due to Rufus still being back in time he does not know about it so they send a inexperienced (I'm going to call him a time cop) back to prevent it. I have only found one suitable actor and its for Ted please give me your options for Bill.
