The full range of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker tie-in merchandise won't be unveiled until Triple Force Friday on October 4, but StarWars.com has now shared a first look at the image that will adorn the product packaging.

Yesterday's teaser gave us a quick glimpse of Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) repairing the mask he destroyed in The Last Jedi, and here we get a first official look at the conflicted(?) villain sporting his fully restored head-gear, complete with glowing red cracks.

There's a lot of speculation that Kylo will ultimately turn back to the light in The Rise of Skywalker and help Rey to defeat the returning, possibly resurrected Emperor Palpatine. Is the character really worthy of a redemption arc, though?

Check out the packing images below, and let us know what you think in the comments. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will be with us in December.
