Welcome to the second episode of Roll Credits, a new podcast with myself, your friendly neighbourhood @RorMachine, and fellow film-fan/critic Sean Connolly (@TheSonicScrew).

The podcast will primarily focus on film and television, but we will occasionally branch out into related media such as video games, comic books, music, and whatever else happens to be in the news, or we feel like rambling on about.

In this episode, we chat about some of the biggest stories of the past week or so, including this year's rather low-key San Diego Comic-Con, the Secret Invasion finale, Marvel Studios' track record with the Disney+ shows, Mattel's massive toy-based movie slate, and much more.

We also delve into the recent WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, and Sony Pictures' decision to push several of its major 2023 releases into next year.

Finally, we both give our verdicts on Barbie, while Sean shares his thoughts on Oppenheimer, and I review Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem (spoiler alert: it's great).

Have a listen in the player below (even if it's just to make fun or our accents), and any likes, subscribes, follows, shares, or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
