Mark Millar is well-known for many high profile creator owned comic books, but Kick-Ass is arguably the most beloved. The second volume of the series wrapped up last year, while Hit-Girl (set between the events of the first two volumes) will also come to an end soon. Both are being adapted into a movie by Jeff Wadlow, but Millar is already hard at work penning the third volume of the series. Taking to his Twitter account today, the writer had this to say about what fans should expect from Kick-Ass 3. It also sounds as if we should look out for more details next month.

I love the comic, and hoping the 2nd film is better than the first even though I liked the first, still want it better.

So they're doing the Keen act/ Mutant Registration act thing.
How would they define these kinds of laws, though, in a world without super-powers?
SEriously, is it like the fashion police meets the nickname police? Because bodily assault has always been illegal, right? So, what's the point of outlawing capes?

If you don't like spoilers, you should just make like a tree and get out of here.

Lol Kick Ass 2 has been out for ages now, did you really expect that people would not be talking openly about it.

I think a spoiler warning should be a common courtesy, even if people have mostly read the book. Since this site is comicbookmovie.com it stands to reason that people visiting this site are looking forward to upcoming movies and might not have read a book that came out last year. I think it would be a good habit to write "spoiler warning" for anything that details or potentially details an important or awesome scene from an upcoming movie adaptation, despite how long the source material has been around.
